At Pro Arc our quality management system begins in the estimating department. Every detail of the part, from the customer's blueprints
to purchased parts, is checked for accuracy before being routed to our engineering department. The engineering departments throughput
is proofed by the quality department before continuing to our production departments. Quality checks continue during our production
processes, beginning with first piece inspection, hourly checks, and finishing with a final inspection.
In addition, we have inplemented special quality procedures for specific materials. Pro Arc is ready and able to provide additional quality functions when required by our customers.
